Hot Winter | Limited Edition (Mild) Hot Sauce
This Limited edition sauce: Prik Chi Faa -- A Thai variety selected by Adaptive Seeds for earlier ripening in northern climates. These large, cayenne type peppers are advertised as "delicious when lightly smoked", which is what happened "naturally" this year in Oregon. The results were a MILD red sauce, with a full, vegetal flavour, and yes, a pleasant smokiness.
Hot Winter sauces are made in Portland, Oregon. Using all organic ingredients and chiles & garlic purchased direct from farmers in the area.
Heat level - Very Hot
Ingredients: Organic peppers, organic rice and cider vinegars, organic cane sugar, kosher salt, organic hardneck garlic.
