Two curious little shops with big personality.
Named after the owners’ two kitties (yes, Oscar and Libby are cats), Oscar & Libby’s aims to bring a bit of happiness to Downtown Victoria! After opening the Fort Street location in 2005, Oscar & Libby’s jumped at the opportunity to bring its bright and quirky character into historic Market Square in 2008.
Since then, we have been building a collection of what we think are the zaniest and most eclectic gift ideas in Victoria. For us, there is no better compliment than to hear lots of laughter and giggling in our stores. It’s the positive response from customers and visitors that motivates us to continue to search out the weird, the wacky, and anything that makes us smile.
We are always on the hunt for the upbeat and offbeat, so you never know what you might find on our shelves!
